How long will it take for my custom board to be shipped?
Once your surfboard order is confirmed by email, it is processed. Your board will go through each manufacturing stage (designing, cutting, shaping, artwork, if applicable, glassing, packing and finally shipping. We try to keep this process under 3 weeks, but, due to many variables, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Once your order is ready, your surfboard is packed in line with our strict packaging policy and shipped to the client.
What happens if my items gets damaged or lost in the mail?
Any damage needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the board. Please email Pyzel Surfboards RSA customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org report damages. Please include pictures of the packaging, as well as the damaged board. Pyzel’s customer service agent will initiate the damage claim. We will assist in any way we can to ensure the claim is processed as quickly as
*What are your shipping prices?
Our flat-rate shipping prices are as follows and require you to pick up at an airport that Hawaiian Air, American or Delta flies to and only applies to full priced retail boards. Any used or discounted boards will require an additional shipping fee.
